About the Role. We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support our treasury operations, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of payments, managing daily reporting, and overseeing our securitisation facility's payment processes. This role is focused on processing and operational efficiency, requiring a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively within a structured framework. The Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury Manager and will be required to spend a short amount of time over the weekend on a rotational basis, typically less than an hour per day, to handle reconciliations and issuer coordination.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Payment Processing & Treasury Operations
- Process daily payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support weekend payment processing and reconciliations (typically less than an hour per day) as part of a rotational schedule.
- Assist with cash positioning, liquidity management, and reconciliation of transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in executing transfers, bank settlements, and other treasury-related payments.
- Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies as required to ensure timely resolution, keeping in mind operational constraints.
- Securitisation Facility Oversight
- Monitor and execute payments related to the securitisation facility, ensuring compliance with required schedules and agreements.
- Perform daily reporting on securitisation-related transactions, ensuring all documentation and records are up to date.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Liaise with issuers, acquirers, and banks to facilitate payment processing and ensure proper cash flow management.
- Escalate any concerns related to securitisation payments or reporting as needed.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports to support internal and external reporting requirements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of cash movements, bank balances, and forecasting data.
- Implement new products into reporting, ensuring accuracy through robust process.
- Understanding of risk matrices and risk reporting.
- Ensure compliance with covenant conditions, identifying potential risks to the business and troubleshooting or escalating as required.
- Support compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and risk management processes.
What we’re looking for...
- Experience & Knowledge
- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM field.
- Ideally, 2+ years’ experience in treasury, operations, payments or similar.
- Familiarity with banking platforms, TMS, payment processing, and financial reconciliations.
- Cashflow forecasting and stress testing experience (preferred).
- Understanding of securitisation or structured finance (preferred but not required).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excel - comfortable working with complex data sets, troubleshooting and improving existing reporting.
- Confidence in communicating to key stakeholders.
