About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dedicated, creative, and dynamic team and lead the execution of our exciting sports sponsorship initiatives with Arsenal Football Club. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional coordination and project management skills who can bring our sponsorship activations to life and ensure seamless delivery of both fan and VIP experiences. This role combines creativity, precision, and energy - ideal for someone who thrives on making things happen.
Day To Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of Zilch’s Arsenal sponsorship, ensuring that campaign and match-day activations run smoothly from planning through to execution.
- Manage fan experiences, including the distribution and logistics of match-day tickets and giveaways, ensuring fans enjoy memorable experiences and commitments are met.
- Liaise with VIP and internal stakeholders to coordinate the use of Zilch’s executive box at Arsenal matches, managing guest lists, internal comms, and hospitality logistics.
- Oversee social media activations related to the sponsorship, collaborating closely with marketing, design, and comms teams to ensure strong brand alignment.
- Organise and coordinate player film shoots and ‘club days’, ensuring production runs efficiently and all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact with the Arsenal partnerships team, managing approvals, timelines, and day-to-day coordination.
- Maintain exceptional organisation and project management across all sponsorship-related activity, ensuring clear reporting, timelines, and delivery quality.
- Work closely with our internal compliance team to make sure all assets meet requirements.

- Strong coordination and project management skills with experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple concurrent activations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- A passion for football and a natural enthusiasm for sports marketing and fan engagement.
- Experience within marketing, sponsorship, events, or brand activation environments is highly desirable.
