Zilch is seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel with circa 1-4 years PQE to support our UK and international operations. You will advise on commercial arrangements, corporate transactions and governance while balancing legal risk with business priorities in a fast-paced fintech.
You'll draft and negotiate with key suppliers and partners, assist with acquisitions, capital raises, group structure and international expansion, and help develop and maintain our legal processes and precedents.
