Zilch is seeking a Director of Product to lead the next phase of innovation in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will oversee five squads, shape product strategy across purchases, payments and repayment journeys, and own the P&L for your portfolio, driving commercial outcomes and customer value.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor teams, partner with Engineering and Design, and translate complex problems into scalable products that enhance adoption and retention across global markets.
