Zilch is seeking a senior product analytics lead to manage a team of 3–4 analysts within the Customer Growth and Lifecycle domain. You will partner with the Director of Product and work daily with Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Data to steer insights and shape the roadmap.
You will own acquisition through activation, retention, and cohort profitability, building evidence-led decisions and scalable dashboards to drive business outcomes.
