About the Firm
Zigzag Mortgages are a team of expert Mortgage professionals, that support their clients throughout the process. From helping with those initial questions and helping them understand what they can borrow to liaising with Estate Agents, surveyors and solicitors.
About the Role
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are initially searching for two off the best and experienced mortgage advisors in our area. In return you can enjoy an industry leading uncapped wage structure, where your effort and talents are rewarded accordingly. Unlimited leads from award-winning, best in the region estate agents, existing clients and a strong remortgage book.

- Basic salary of £28,000 (Negotiable)
- Generous commission structure with realistic uncapped OTE of £65,000 plus.
- All leads supplied through trusted and long-standing introducers, remortgage book, and existing clients.

Your responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor will include:
- Be happy and enjoy your work.
- Provide outstanding customer service, giving expert advice across Mortgage, Protection and insurance products.
- Be a team player, working cohesively with onboarding, admin and other team members, to manage cases through to completion.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, introducers and lenders to ensure smooth transactions and repeat business.
What will you need to succeed as a Mortgage Advisor?
- Hold Mortgage advice qualifications – CeMAP, CII or equivalent.
- Must have experience of providing mortgage advice and achieved CAS.
- Be IT savvy, using technology to work smarter not harder.
- Office based and commutable to Chorley, Lancashire.
- Shared Evening and Saturday work.
