Position Overview & Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate and resultsâoriented Agile Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the champion for our platform products, translating business needs into actionable strategies and overseeing the development and implementation of those strategies. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and software engineers, ensuring that our products deliver real value to the organization.
- Work closely with Product Leads and Product Management to translate strategic goals into executable delivery plans.
- Develop a clear vision and roadmap for platform products, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Translate business needs into high quality user stories and acceptance criteria, to ensure clarity for the engineering teams and predictable delivery.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights (e.g. feedback, support tickets, behavioural data) to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement of the product backlog and manage the development lifecycle of external and internal facing digital products.
- Identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve conversion, and increase adoption of digital products/features.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed of progress and driving adoption of digital products.
- Promote Agile best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
- Work effectively in a distributed, crossâfunctional environment across multiple teams and locations.
- Support incident triage and bug prioritisation where required, ensuring customerâimpacting issues are addressed appropriately.
What Youâll Need To Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, data science, computer science) or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading product initiatives as a Product Owner in SaaSâfocused organizations.
- Solid professional experience across product management, data analytics, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of the data lifecycle and data governance principles.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for nonâtechnical audiences.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage projects effectively.
