As Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Head of Product to drive the day‑to‑day execution of our product strategy. You’ll own the operational delivery, working with a cross‑functional squad, managing the workflow, and ensuring we ship features that drive real impact. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on execution and getting things done.
Key Responsibilities- Own day‑to‑day product execution: Lead a cross‑functional squad through our Kanban workflow, translating product strategy into shipped features that move the needle on user activation, retention, and monetisation.
- Define success metrics for every initiative and ensure we’re measuring what matters.
- Shape and maintain the squad roadmap: Work with the Head of Product to translate company and product strategy into a clear, prioritised roadmap for your squad.
- Run dual‑track discovery and delivery: Balance continuous discovery with delivery, ensuring we’re building the right things that drive business value.
- Drive cross‑functional delivery: Be the operational heart of your squad, coordinating between engineering, design, marketing, eCRM, content, customer support, and data teams.
- Work hands‑on with engineers and designers: Collaborate closely to shape user journeys and experiences.
- Explore, implement and iterate with AI: Identify opportunities to use AI both inside the product and within team operations.
- Partner with engineering, data and design: Validate where AI creates genuine user or business value.
- Design and execute experiments: Set up, launch, and analyse A/B tests within the product.
- Monitor performance and iterate: Use product analytics tools to track KPIs and drive rapid, data‑informed iterations.
- Stay close to users: Regularly interview ZigZag users, analyse their feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Champion a culture of momentum: Foster an environment where experimentation is encouraged and learnings are shared quickly.
- Experience: 3+ years in product management or a similar hands‑on role.

- Salary £55-60K pending on experience & interview performance, reviewed annually.
- Annual 10% bonus, increasing with tenure.
- Hybrid working (UK‑based) with 1-2 days per week in our London Victoria office.
