With ambitious plans to scale across multiple international markets, this is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on user acquisition expert. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead to shape acquisition strategy, scale our paid channels globally, and build a strong experimentation approach to drive meaningful growth. This is a key role within our award-winning growth marketing team, with full ownership of paid user acquisition performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with our Marketing Lead to devise and execute compelling user growth strategies.
- Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google UAC, Google Search, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Successfully deploy a 7-figure performance marketing budget.
- Take responsibility for paid performance: CAC efficiency, and contribution to overall user growth.
- Sustainably scale our puppy owner audience across the US, UK and Europe, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
- Build and run structured experimentation programmes (A/B tests, creative testing, landing page optimisation, and incrementality testing).
- Deeply understand our core target audience to successfully create engaging and original content for key channels.
- Identify, source, and manage influencer and creator partnerships to support scalable acquisition.
- Evaluate performance against our core KPIs and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance across channels, identifying actionable insights and optimisation opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. analytics, CRM) to align on attribution frameworks, MMP measurement, audience strategy.
- Share recommendations on best practices for tracking and attribution, particularly within the app ecosystem.
- Continuously refine channel mix and strategy based on performance data, market trends, and experimentation outcomes.
You are:
- 2+ years experience with proven expertise in paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, mDSPs and similar.
- A genuine passion for dogs and our mission - even better if you’re a proud puppy parent.
- Experience in mobile app growth preferable.
- Hands-on experience with mobile attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar.
- Strong understanding of ASO and App Store / Play Store growth levers on ASA.
- Expertise managing international accounts across multiple markets.
- Deep familiarity with experimentation-led growth and performance optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with cohort analysis, funnel performance, and key growth metrics, using analytical tools (e.g. Lightdash, Mixpanel or similar).
- Experience working with OKRs and North Star metrics to drive decision-making.
- A continuous learning mindset and drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Someone with a bias for action and confidence to move quickly in reaction to an increasingly competitive market.
