This is an exciting opportunity to join our Group IT team as an IT Systems Analyst, supporting and enhancing a range of FMGRS applications that are critical to our operational success. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality second-line support, driving continuous improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end ticket resolution, conducting systems analysis for change requests and enhancements, supporting integrations and application stability, and contributing to the successful delivery of system improvements across the business.
Working collaboratively with developers, testers, SMEs, and operational teams, you’ll help ensure our applications remain reliable, scalable, and aligned to business requirements.
