Ready to take the next step in your HR career? Join ZIGUP’s HR and People Operations team supporting the delivery of high-quality, efficient and compliant HR support across the business. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role combining hands‑on HR and People Operations delivery with responsibility for workflow coordination, quality support and helping maintain high standards across the team.

You’ll help coordinate day‑to‑day People Operations activity for the team, support workflow across the team and act as a key point of support for colleagues (both in-office and working remotely), while remaining fully involved in operational delivery yourself.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll support a broad range of HR and People Operations activity across the full colleague lifecycle, including onboarding, colleague changes, HR administration, vetting and compliance processes.
  • Alongside managing your own workload, you’ll support allocation and coordination of workflow into the team, help manage priorities and act as a point of escalation for more complex or sensitive queries.
  • You’ll also support quality auditing, identify trends or areas for improvement, maintain process documentation and work closely with Payroll, Recruitment, Colleague Relations and the wider HR team to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
  • The role also includes involvement in compliance activity including audit support, GDPR processes and supporting Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).

What we’re looking for

  • You’ll likely already have experience within HR, Human Resources, HR Shared Services, People Operations or a similar operational HR environment.
  • You may also have experience supporting, coaching or helping develop colleagues within a team environment, either formally or informally.
  • We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing volume in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using systems and technology are all important in this role.
