Talent Acquisition Specialist - Focus on IT, Finance & Senior appointments

Location: Home based

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00, plus participation in the on-call rota

As a Lead DevOps Engineer at ZIGUP, you will play a pivotal role in integrating development and operations, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure, automating process, and mentoring a team to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless deployment and system reliability.
  • Lead automation initiatives across the software development lifecycle
  • Manage and optimise infrastructure on Azure
  • Implement security best practices, vulnerability management, and access control.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and improve and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align DevOps strategies with business goals

About You

  • You have experience with DevOps methodologies, automation, and infrastructure as code.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools Azure DevOps).
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms ( Azure).
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools.
  • Ability to lead, mentor and collaborate with teams and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
