This is an exciting opportunity to join our Group IT team as an IT Systems Analyst, supporting and enhancing a range of FMGRS applications that are critical to our operational success. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality second-line support, driving continuous improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end ticket resolution, conducting systems analysis for change requests and enhancements, supporting integrations and application stability, and contributing to the successful delivery of system improvements across the business. Working collaboratively with developers, testers, SMEs, and operational teams, you’ll help ensure our applications remain reliable, scalable, and aligned to business requirements.

About You: We’re looking for a proactive and analytical individual with experience in systems analysis, application support, or business systems environments. You’ll be confident working across both BAU support and project delivery activities, with the ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience producing high-quality analysis artefacts including user stories, PBIs, acceptance criteria, process maps, and operational documentation.
- Strong requirements elicitation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Scrumban.
- Experience assessing data flows, integrations, and system impacts.
- The ability to manage workload effectively while meeting deadlines and SLAs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing processes and platform stability.
It would also be beneficial if you have:
- Formal Business Analysis or Agile certifications.
- Experience within vehicle, fleet, repair, workshop, or operational service environments.
- Exposure to low-code platforms or application configuration.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and controlled releases.
