Do you have experience handling third party motor claims? If you're looking to develop your claims career with a growing organisation that invests in its people, we'd love to hear from you. As a Third Party Claims Handler, you'll manage your own portfolio of motor claims from notification through to settlement. Your role will focus on investigating liability, negotiating settlements, managing claim costs, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the claims journey.

Working within our Claims Management team, you'll deal with insurers, solicitors, customers, and third-party representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients while avoiding unnecessary litigation wherever possible.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of third‑party motor claims from start to finish.
  • Investigating liability and reviewing evidence to support claim decisions.
  • Negotiating settlements to achieve the best commercial outcome.
  • Handling credit hire and personal injury claims (OIC/MOJ).
  • Challenging excessive or disputed claim costs where appropriate.
  • Liaising with customers, insurers, solicitors, and third‑party representatives.
  • Keeping claims progressing efficiently and meeting service targets.
  • Providing a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused service.
