Location: Bracken Hill Business Park, Peterlee, SR8 2RR
Salary: up to £28,567.85, plus monthly bonus
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead a motivated and engaged team of sales advisors, achieving goals through weekly 1:1s, training, on-the-job coaching, continual performance feedback, and quality monitoring.
• Act as a second point of escalation for a diverse customer base, keeping customer satisfaction and communication at the heart of decisions and behaviours in line with company values.

About you

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar level of management within a contact centre environment.
• Professional, pragmatic approach with a customer service ethos; people-focused leadership.
• Strong people manager who can create a professional, engaged culture.
• Excellent time management; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ideally experience in motor insurance, accident management, or claim handling.
