We’re here to keep people moving, that’s what we do. As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key role in taking our award-winning service directly to customers’ doors - expertly making sure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

Life at Auxillis: A busy, fast-paced branch. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers; confidently delivering a great service with a smile. You’ll manage multiple tasks: resolving customer rental queries, administration of a customer account, and overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch. No prior industry or vehicle rental experience required – our proven induction training will cover that. You must bring customer service know-how, admin skill, a calm, can-do attitude, and a full UK/EU driving licence.
