Are you an experienced Receptionist or Administrator with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us in our Huddersfield head office as our new Receptionist, where you’ll create a positive experience for all visitors. Being the face of FMG, you will display an exceptional professional image, an outgoing personality and thrive on delivering first-class customer service. Dealing with internal and external customers is a key part of this role, so your strong communication skills will be critical, along with the ability to adopt a flexible approach in line with this varied role.

- Salary: Up to £25,758.64 depending on your level of experience, with a quarterly performance bonus earning up to an extra £3,800 annually!
- Annual leave: Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service (pro rata), plus the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year. You’ll also have public holidays and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday!

- You have previous experience in a front of house administrative role and can demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- You’re highly conscientious, self-motivated and take ownership of your work.
- As this role involves a significant amount of telephone and PC work, you will be a confident user of both.
- You can work proactively and with flexibility, prioritising your workload where needed.
- You’re flexible to get involved in ad hoc duties as required.
