Are you a driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We have fantastic part‑time opportunities to join our out‑of‑hours Claims team! The Claims team provide accident management services for our clients. They ensure that all customers reporting an incident receive the very highest standard of customer service while accurately assessing incident liability for repair management.
As a Claims Handler, you will be interacting with a wide variety of people every day, so you will need to be able to adapt your approach, listen and understand our customer needs. You will have an empathetic approach to help customers who have been involved in a road traffic accident, resolving each incident through a world class service.
Benefits- Salary - Starting from £24,854 (pro‑rated for part‑time) increasing as your experience grows

- Hybrid Working - You’ll be provided with a company laptop on completion of your probationary period and once you’re competent in the role you’ll have the flexibility to work from home. Our colleagues typically spend around 50% of their time working in the office.
