Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday between 8:00-17:00

As an AD Insurance Claims Handler, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers through the claims journey, managing own damage motor claims from first notification through to resolution. You'll accurately assess liability, coordinate vehicle repairs, and proactively manage claims to ensure the best outcomes for both our customers and the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities and delivering excellent customer service. You'll work closely with customers, repairers and other stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing reassurance during what can often be a stressful time.

  • The ability to investigate, assess and manage claims effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
  • Experience within claims handling, insurance or a customer-focused environment would be advantageous, although not essential.
