Auxillis in Peterlee, part of ZIGUP, is seeking a Senior Leader to join as Head of Collections, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will lead end-to-end recovery of credit hire, credit repair and losses from insurers, combining strategic leadership with operational excellence to own recovery performance.
You will oversee a team of managers and specialists, drive improvements in cash collection, strengthen insurer relationships, and shape recovery strategy to deliver measurable results.
