Responsibilities
- You take our award-winning service directly to our customers’ door and bring to life the Auxillis experience.
- You don’t necessarily need any previous experience to join our team as a Driver, just a ‘can-do’ attitude and the confidence to deliver a great service with a smile (plus, a full UK or EU driving licence too!).
- A day in the life of a Driver is fast-paced and physical – most of your day you’re behind the wheel, delivering and collecting vehicles for your customers, as well as valeting the vehicle you’re delivering to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
- As a Driver, you play an integral role in enabling us to consistently provide the first-class experience customers’ demand, and, when you need support, there’s a great team back at branch ready to help.
- We understand that you have a life and responsibilities outside of work, so helping you find the right balance between the two is important to us – with a permanent contract and guaranteed hours, as a Driver we offer a long-term, stable role, which can also be a great opportunity to progress your career.
Benefits and compensation
- Salary: £28,321 pa + bonus up to £1,416 pa OTE
- Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours
- A fantastic quarterly bonus scheme (up to £1,416 pa OTE)
- Start with 24 days annual leave, rising to 26 days with service plus the flexibility to buy or sell an extra 5 days each year. You’ll also have public holidays, plus an extra day off to celebrate your birthday.
