Overview

As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key role in taking our award-winning service directly to customers doors – expertly making sure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

An Auxillis branch is a busy, fast-paced place to be and, as a Customer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature. Where you really excel is in managing more than one task at a time – from resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (our proven induction training will take care of that!) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!) to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service by handling rental queries and administrative tasks at the branch.
  • Process customer accounts and oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
  • Provide a positive, efficient experience for customers, often while multitasking in a busy environment.

Qualifications

  • Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
  • Strong customer service, administration skills, and a calm, can-do attitude.
  • No prior industry or vehicle rental administration experience required due to completed induction training.
