Location – Leicester
Working hours – Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

We are looking for someone to join our amazing team in Leicester. You will be working with a trained team of colleagues taking inbound calls and dealing with emails ensuring that every customer receives an excellent service from us.

You will be computer literate and enjoy working within a busy environment. The aim of the role is to achieve quality and productivity standards and targets through the day to day efficient and effective answering of incoming calls and email instructions. You will be the first point of referral for our clients, developing good working relations to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

We offer full training and for the right candidate after successful probation and training we can offer home working.
