Salary: £43,639 pa OTE (basic £37,639k pa + £6,000 pa OTE bonus + Overtime)and take advantage of our exceptional £3,000 ‘Golden Hello’.

Weekly Hours:42.5 hours / Day Shifts Only. As and when required overtime is available and this is paid at time and half.

Our Birmingham team is backed by an experienced and knowledgeable group of technicians, with long-standing team members ranging from5 - 27 years’ service. Here, stability isn’t just promised - it’s proven.

You’ll work closely with our highly skilledWorkshop ManagerandWorkshop Controller, giving you direct access to expert insight, guidance, and mentorship. A place where you can grow your capabilities, deepen your technical knowledge, and truly reach your full potential.

You’ll be working on a mixture of company owned and fleet managed vehicles, withguaranteed work from our National and Regional Key Accounts - circa 800 vans. The fleet is made up of90-95% LCVsand5-10% cars, ensuring consistency, security and the chance to enhance your skills across a variety of vehicle types.
