Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with 1 in 6 weeks on call

Salary: up to £26,000 (Dependant on level of experience)

Your role will include:

  • Handling service desk tickets, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely updates while using feedback to improve service quality
  • Maintaining documentation, troubleshoot problems, and manage the lifecycle of devices, including upgrades and relocations
  • Contributing to key projects, plan for technology changes, and support tasks like LAN patching and asset transitions

About you:

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our team. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Service Desk Background: Previous experience in a service desk or device analyst role, supporting diverse user needs
  • Device Management Expertise: Ideally hands-on experience with tools such as Lansweeper, PDQ Deploy, WSUS, and SCCM
  • Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, and commonly used productivity applications
  • Networking and Security Skills: Advantageous if you have a familiarity with networking concepts, remote access solutions like Cisco VPN, and robust security practices
