Looking to build a career in HR and People Operations? Join ZIGUP’s People Operations team supporting colleagues and guiding managers to keep essential people processes moving and help the business run smoothly. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing HR role where no two days are the same. You’ll support a broad range of HR and People Operations activity across onboarding, colleague administration, colleague changes, compliance and day-to-day colleague support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage HR queries through calls, inboxes and our ticketing system.
- Prepare contracts and colleague documentation.
- Support onboarding and Right to Work checks.
- Maintain HR systems and colleague records.
- Work closely with Payroll, Recruitment, Colleague Relations and the wider HR team to keep processes moving efficiently.
- Help support managers with everyday HR processes.
- Contribute to improving the way we use systems, technology and automation across People Operations.
