We have an exciting opportunity within our Group Finance department for a qualified Accountant, or someone working towards a professional accounting qualification, to join our growing team as a Management Accountant. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting multiple business units across the Group.

You will be a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a proactive approach, confident in managing your own workload while building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting continuous improvement across the Management Accounting function.

About You:

  • ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountant or actively studying, having nearly completed the qualification.
  • Previous experience in a Management Accountant role, with a strong understanding of month-end accounting, financial reporting and balance sheet control.
  • Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills, able to interpret large datasets, investigate financial variances and deliver accurate, high-quality financial information.
  • Confident in building relationships with a range of stakeholders, communicating financial information clearly and supporting colleagues across the wider business.
  • Experience of IFRS 16 lease accounting, fixed assets, VAT, ERP systems or coaching junior finance colleagues would be advantageous, but not essential.
