We are recruiting a Management Accountant to take responsibility for the finance function across two growing companies operating in retail, wholesale, e-commerce and related business areas.
This is an opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is ready to take ownership of monthly management accounts, reconciliations, KPI reporting, margin analysis, forecasting and wider business reporting across both companies.
This is not a traditional process-only finance role.
You will work closely with senior leadership, external finance support and the wider management team, providing clear financial information and commercial insight to support decision-making.
Modern finance, systems and AI Alongside core accounting work, we want someone interested in improving how finance operates.
That may include better use of Excel, cleaner reporting models, automation of repetitive tasks, dashboard-style reporting and sensible use of AI tools to support analysis, checking and presentation of financial information.
You do not need to be an AI specialist, but you should be curious, practical and open to using modern tools to make finance more efficient and more valuable to the business.
