Ziggicig is Northern Ireland's largest vape retailer, with stores right across the province. We are proud of the quality and range of products we offer and even prouder of the customer service we deliver every day. As we continue to grow, we are looking for two new Cluster Managers to join our retail team.
We are recruiting:
- 1 x Cluster Manager to cover 4 stores across Greater Belfast
- 1 x Cluster Manager to cover 3 stores across Ballymena, Coleraine and Mallusk
As a Cluster Manager, you will be the link between our store teams and the Head of Retail. You will help drive sales, keep standards high, make sure stores run smoothly, and support and develop colleagues across your cluster.
Why join us?
- Be part of a growing local business; we are continuing to expand across Northern Ireland, so there’s plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
- Real support behind you; you’ll have a dedicated Support Hub team (Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance and Stock) to help you succeed.
- You’ll shape standards and culture; this role isn’t just keeping things ticking over; you’ll help raise performance, develop people and set the tone across your stores.
- Progression opportunities; we’re big on developing talent and promoting from within wherever possible.
- A role with variety; no two weeks are the same: coaching teams, solving day-to-day challenges, and driving results across multiple locations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performance: Helping your stores hit sales targets and supporting stock management.
- People: Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members. Building rotas, managing absence, completing reviews, and supporting conduct/performance conversations (with HR guidance).
- Operations: Carrying out store audits (cash control, health & safety, retail standards). Putting action plans in place, following up, and re-checking progress.
- Commercial: Making sure promotions are executed well in-store. Spotting local opportunities and completing competitor checks.
- Compliance: Supporting stores to follow policies around lone working, age-restricted sales, cash/security, accident reporting and data protection, in line with Northern Ireland regulatory requirements.
- Scheduling & cover: Creating lean rotas for teams of around 34 colleagues per store. Arranging emergency cover and managing authorised/unauthorised absence.
- Communication & reporting: Keeping clear task lists and deadlines. Ensuring accurate reporting and regular communication with the Management Team.
- Projects: Supporting small refurbishments, system rollouts and local events.
What we’re looking for:
- Supervisory/management experience (multi-site experience is a bonus).
- Confident planning of rotas and staffing for small teams.
- Comfortable with operational/management reporting.
- Experience in driving retail sales.
- Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation.
- Data-literate, with experience using ePOS systems.
Role expectations:
- A visible, hands-on presence in stores.
- Comfortable dealing with people/HR matters (with HR support).
- Accurate paperwork and digital record-keeping.
- 42.5 hours per week, including weekend availability on a rota basis.
- Access to your own vehicle.
Package:
- Salary
- Commission
- Staff discount
- Health scheme
- Paid bereavement leave
- Long service leave (where applicable)
