Unifyr is looking to expand our Operational team and Engineering with an individual with an interest in Reporting and Data Analysis and a drive for helping organizations get the most out of their data and technical resources to assess customer performance.
As a BI Analyst in the Operational team, you will be responsible for identifying the key metrics and source data required to assess customer performance and build the necessary queries, reports, and dashboards for Operations and Service to use in their day‑to‑day operations. This specialized role requires solid knowledge of relational databases and administration of enterprise software platforms. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent small projects are essential. The role would suit a recent graduate with an IT, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline who is experienced with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel and report visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
Functional Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations and Engineering team in identifying key metrics and KPIs to assess customer performance.
- Learn the available data sources and structures both within the Unifyr platform stack and other solutions such as Attio.
