Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and technically skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development of a wireless network performance validation, troubleshooting, and monitoring solution. This role involves defining technical requirements, collaborating with product management and engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product that meets end-user needs. You will work closely with the Product Director to support strategic initiatives, technical expertise, and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level product vision into detailed technical requirements.
  • Define use cases and workflows for network performance validation and troubleshooting for wireless and wired networks.
  • Create comprehensive product documentation, including user stories and specifications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Gather stakeholder and user feedback to refine product features.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on product roadmap and updates.
  • Act as the product\’s technical expert, testing solutions and providing support.
  • Ensure effective implementation of AI-driven diagnostics and insights.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Wi-Fi standards, network troubleshooting tools, ISP operations, and cloud analytics.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Define and optimize network measurement and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Support product launch activities, including customer onboarding and early adopter programs.
  • Track and report on key success metrics and product performance.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, support, marketing, and leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor\’s Degree in a relevant technical or business field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in network troubleshooting, performance validation, or diagnostics.
  • Deep understanding of ISP operations, network tools, and protocols (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, TR-069, TR-369).
  • Experience with network measurement tools and AI-driven diagnostics.
  • Strong technical background in wireless, wired, and mobile networks, including IoT, CBRS, 5G, and fiber broadband.
  • Proven ability to translate technical challenges into product requirements.
