Position at Everyday Health – Pregnancy & Parenting
Are you a natural organiser with a flair for building relationships and driving innovative campaigns? We’re looking for an Influencer & PR Manager to join our fast-growing digital team. You’ll take the reins on shaping and growing our community of creators—developing long-term strategies, overseeing influencer-led campaigns, and elevating our brand presence across multiple platforms. You’ll lead on Influencer & PR initiatives across our two flagship parenting brands, Emma’s Diary and BabyCentre, creating moments that generate buzz, backlinks, and brand love. Roles and responsibilities
- Community leadership: Own and grow our network of creators, developing strategies to recruit, engage, and retain top influencer talent.
- Campaign management: Take full ownership of creator-led campaigns, from concept through to execution and performance reporting.
- Influencer productisation: Work closely with the Head of Channel Marketing and sales teams to shape scalable influencer offerings, including creative pitches and client proposals.
- Client campaigns: Confidently oversee client-facing influencer projects, ensuring delivery excellence and creative impact.
- Creator events: Design and deliver standout digital and in-person creator experiences—with monetisation strategies to match.
- Content & education: Build support tools, toolkits, and training to help influencers thrive in our ecosystem.
- Market insight: Stay on the pulse of influencer and social trends, delivering insights that shape future campaigns and innovations.
- PR & brand awareness: Lead on high-impact PR activations, working with agencies and internal teams to drive press mentions, backlinks, and positive sentiment.
- PR hooks: Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and social teams to amplify PR stories across owned channels.
- Reporting & analysis: Own campaign performance tracking and reporting for both client and internal projects.
