The Opportunity
With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK's biggest and most trusted voucher site. Partnered with brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia and Pizza Express, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we're looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns and activations across our key categories.
- Coordinate sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure every campaign is delivered smoothly, smartly, and with maximum impact.
- Own the marketing calendar, delivering on immediate projects while building the roadmap for the year ahead.
- Develop campaign concepts that champion our brand message, help consumers save money, and hit our partners' business targets.
- Partner with our User Acquisition team to drive app downloads, email subscriptions, and browser extension installs through targeted campaigns.
- Support the Partnerships team with custom proposals that deepen our relationships with major retailers.
- Act as the bridge between Marketing and Design, translating requirements into creative assets that truly land the message.
- Ensure brand voice and visuals remain consistent across all channels, regions, and collateral.
- Use competitor analysis and consumer trends to ensure campaigns are data-driven; collaborate with PPC, CRM, PR, and Social teams to optimize every touchpoint.
- Monitor brand KPIs and campaign performance, providing in-depth reporting to leadership and actionable insights for the wider team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a digital marketing or communications role (experience in e-commerce or affiliate industry will be helpful).
- Experience managing brand-led marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Confident project manager, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
- Both customer-focused and commercially savvy.
- Strong attention to detail and motivated to make improvements where possible.
- Clear and empathetic communicator.
- Willingness to get creative and think strategically, but also to get stuck in and deliver.
Desirable
- Experience managing app-first marketing campaigns.
- Direct experience in budget management and tracking ROI.
