We are looking for a commercially driven and highly organised CRM Executive to join our growing CRM team. This role will play a key part in delivering customer‑first email campaigns that support both advertising revenue commitments and VoucherCodes' wider customer revenue targets.
Working closely with Partnerships, Commercial, Design, and CRM teams globally, you’ll help execute engaging and high‑performing campaigns, contribute to our testing roadmap, and support tactical initiatives that drive customer engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Build, execute, QA, and schedule CRM campaigns across email and other customer channels.
- Deliver campaigns that support advertising revenue commitments alongside customer revenue and engagement targets.
- Plan and execute tactical CRM campaigns supporting short‑term commercial and customer initiatives.
- Liaise with Partnerships teams on offer content, campaign bookings, and promotional activity.
- Support campaign‑level reporting and performance analysis, identifying insights and optimisation opportunities.
- Contribute to the CRM testing roadmap, including A/B testing set‑up, results analysis, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with global teams across the wider Ziff Davis Shopping portfolio.
- Work closely with Design and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
- Support continuous optimisation of customer journeys, campaign performance, and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of customer engagement principles.
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms is desirable.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment.

Location & Work Hours
This is a hybrid role with one day a week based in our London office in Whitechapel. The rest of the time can be remote.
