As a CRM Assistant, you will support the delivery of customer campaigns while also helping merchandise relevant products, offers, and voucher codes to our audience. The role combines CRM campaign execution with commercial merchandising responsibilities, ensuring customers receive engaging content, strong product selections, and compelling deals that drive performance. You will work closely with CRM, Partnerships, Commercial, and Design teams, learning hands-on experience across campaign building, creative briefing, stakeholder management, and promotional merchandising. This hybrid role is based in our London office in Whitechapel one day per week.
Responsibilities
- Operate across a 50:50 split between CRM campaign execution and product deal merchandising responsibilities.
- Support the building, QA, proofing, and scheduling of CRM campaigns.
- Manage creative briefing processes and feedback loops with Design teams and stakeholders.
- Assist with merchandising commercially relevant products, offers, and voucher codes within campaigns.
- Identify strong product and promotional opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Support campaign setup and operational processes across CRM activity.
- Work collaboratively with Partnerships and Commercial teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
- Contribute ideas for improving campaign performance, customer engagement, and merchandising execution.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time with strong attention to detail.
