Are you experienced in European road freight and looking to progress your career with a global logistics provider? Ziegler UK is seeking a Forwarding Operator to manage domestic and international road freight movements within our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate FTL, LTL, and groupage shipments across the UK and Europe
- Negotiate rates with hauliers and manage supplier relationships
- Provide shipment tracking, quotations, and customer updates
- Ensure transport and customs documentation is compliant
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in European road transport
- Strong knowledge of customs and transport regulations
- Proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
- TMS experience
- Knowledge of TACO, Cabotage, and Mobility Package
- Full UK Driving Licence
