What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end movement of groupage freight across Europe.
- Manage the day-to-day operations for our clients.
- Maintain communication with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams.
- Book and track shipments, helping to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Be involved in the completion of all necessary documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Some experience with using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A good communicator both verbally and via email, along with good customer service skills.
- A keen eye for ensuring accuracy in data with both information and figures.
