Ziegler UK is seeking a reliable Logistics Administrator to support smooth warehouse operations and effective communication across teams at our London Gateway hub. What You’ll Do

  • Accurately manage data for stock movements, receipts, dispatches, and returns using WMS
  • Maintain booking schedules for inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Coordinate communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams about vehicle arrivals/departures
  • Generate pick lists, delivery notes, and shipping labels
  • Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and reconciliation
  • Handle purchase and sales transaction entries
  • Respond promptly to internal and external queries about stock and shipments
  • Support warehouse and logistics teams with administrative tasks and reporting

Experience Required

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain administration
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Computer literate and able to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Flexible, proactive team player who can prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle
