This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, global logistics business where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of European road freight for some of our most important clients. 🚛 What You’ll Do: As a Road Freight Operator – Key Accounts , you’ll be responsible for: Handling the end-to-end movement of groupage freight across Europe. Managing day-to-day operations for high-value or high-volume clients. Maintaining strong communication with key customers, overseas partners, and internal teams. Booking and tracking shipments, resolving issues quickly and professionally. Completing all necessary documentation, including customs paperwork. Supporting continuous improvement of service levels and customer satisfaction. At least 2 years’ experience in European Road Freight (groupage essential). Strong understanding of taxable kilos, incoterms, and freight cost calculations. Proactive and confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Experience working with customs clearance and key account coordination is advantageous.
