This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, global logistics business where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of European road freight for some of our most important clients.
What You’ll Do:
As an Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Handling enquiries via phone and email for groupage freight across Europe.
- Generate competitive quotations by sourcing the best available rates using all resources at your disposal.
- Communicate professionally with customers, overseas partners, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination.
- Support the wider sales team, you will predominantly work within a department of 8 people but will be part of a wider team of 49.
- Always deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- At least 2 years’ experience in European Road Freight (groupage essential).
- Strong understanding of taxable kilos, incoterms, and freight cost calculations.
- Proactive and confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
