TELECOMS REGULATORY 1-6 PQE (SUPERB MARKET LEADING TEAM)

Superb role working in a market leading telecoms team supporting on a range of telecoms regulatory and competition law issues, including market reviews, global product launches and market entry, SMP assessments, investigations, and strategic policy matters for leading telecoms operators.

Day to day you will be providing in-depth advice on telecoms-specific regulations (UK and EU frameworks), SMP assessments, net neutrality, licencing, numbering, network security, and compliance with industry-specific obligations, advising on competition law matters, including market reviews, abuse of dominance, cartel investigations, and merger control where relevant to telecoms and digital infrastructure deals, supporting clients through regulatory investigations, competition appeals, liaising with industry bodies and regulators.

It’s imperative that you have a solid understanding of UK and/or EU telecoms regulatory frameworks, with demonstrable experience of market reviews, investigations or compliance engagements. Preferably you will have some experience of advising on competition law as well as familiarity with contentious regulatory work.

Ideally you will have trained at a City law firm and have between one and six years post qualification experience.You will be joining a unique law firm where lawyers have a true passion for the sectors they operate in.
