SENIOR LITIGATION PSL - MEDIUM SIZED CITY FIRM (PART TIME OR FULL TIME)

Brand new role! 40 Partner City law firm with a strong reputation and high profile litigation practice seeks a first PSL for the department.

The role will include:

1. Designing and delivering training programmes
2. Co-ordinating know-how meetings
3. Identifying and collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts for specialised training
4. Monitoring emerging litigation technology
5. Producing high quality material for the firm’s website and social media content
6. Raising the profile of the firm’s litigation department through external events and forums
7. Creating and maintaining precedents and templates
8. Assisting lawyers with preparation of material for internal and external training

You will need to be at least six years qualified, working in a top litigation practice, either currently an existing PSL or a commercial litigator wanting to move into a PSL role. Strong interpersonal skills are vital as well as excellent drafting skills, a strong and sound understanding of civil procedure, case management, and dispute resolution strategies.

As a first PSL position for the litigation department, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark and to shape the role in your own mould. You will report to both the firm’s Head of Knowledge and Head of Litigation. Candidates will be considered who are looking to work four days a week.
