Ziegler Consulting Associates is assisting a fast-growing global music business to recruit two legal counsels, mid-level and senior, with 3-4 PQE and 5+ PQE respectively. You will negotiate and draft deals with music DSPs and publishers, and work closely with business development on new opportunities.
You will also handle royalties queries with Ops and Finance, maintain contract databases, and build relationships across independent publishing communities while monitoring developments in IP law.
