My client has a seven lawyer corporate team, based in the City, who are unlike most corporate practices.
Operating within a distinct 30 lawyer private practice team they are also part of one of the top 15 accountancy practices in the UK.
This gives them outstanding access to a very dynamic client base, working alongside accountancy colleagues, often where legal considerations intersect with accountancy and tax work.
It also allows them involvement in corporate transactions far earlier than many traditional law firms.
Now seeking to recruit a corporate lawyer with at least three to four years qualified experience (up to seven years), work includes company law, group reorganisations, investments and shareholder agreements, share incentives, employee ownership trusts, management buyouts and mergers and acquisitions.
The unique insight gained from working in the corporate team offers a superb platform for an ambitious and driven corporate lawyer looking to develop their skills and expertise.
This is a genuinely collaborative role, working closely with colleagues across the organisations wider advisory services practice to deliver joined-up, high-quality advice.
