Superb new opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed film & tv lawyer to join my client’s exciting practice.
The team work across all aspects of development, production, finance and exploitation but their core work is complex multi-party media finance transactions (frequently high value and multi-jurisdictional). This accounts for about two thirds of their work. They also advise on rights transactions acting for both seller-side (rights owners, format creators, estates) and buyer-side (production companies, sales agents, content libraries, distributors) as well as general TV production matters.
The current team comprise three partners, a mid level associate, a newly qualified lawyer and a trainee.
The new recruit must have a minimum of at least three years relevant experience doing film & tv work, in particular film finance but the firm are open to backgrounds.
Avoiding the high value, low volume work of many of their competitors, clients span both film & TV and the new recruit will assist on some fantastic and varied projects. The firm are very well run and with a completely meritocratic structure, there are no limits to progression.
