Client facing role for an ambitious senior lawyer with a specialism in ESG, who is either currently an existing ESG / Environmental specialist lawyer or PSL.
My client is a highly regarded City firm with a focus on three core business areas who see ESG as the fourth pillar of their business. Wanting to invest and grow the ESG practice area significantly, the new recruit will be unlike a traditional PSL.
The role will be cross firm and involve working across all practice areas, leading on content for ESG such as delivering webinars and podcasts, training (internally and externally), assisting with and attending pitches. This is a role that requires a proactive and driven individual, someone with sufficient gravitas to interact with senior lawyers across the firm and a diverse range of clients. As it is a new role, the new recruit will very much have the opportunity to put their own stamp on it.
The firm has a track record of promoting PSLs to partnership positions, so there are no barriers to progression. It is also an exceptionally collegiate firm with a truly unique culture.
