About Us

We are a fast-growing property company specialising in end-to-end property management solutions in South London and the South East. We have scaled rapidly in the past two years, and are continuing to grow aggressively. We are now looking for a highly organised, proactive and energetic Assistant Property Operations Coordinator to become a key part of the business. This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

The Role

  • Tenant communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinating check-ins/check-outs
  • Liaising with landlords, agents and contractors
  • Handling maintenance coordination
  • Supporting compliance and inspections
  • Assisting with placement logistics
  • Managing operational admin and systems
  • Helping maintain occupancy and service standards
