We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Information and Systems Administrator to join our Finance team. This role involves administering and maintaining our Project Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring accurate data, project and employee setup, and supporting the integrity of our project accounting information.
Main responsibilities
- Administer Deltek PIM on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage user lifecycle administration, including new starters, leavers, permission changes, and record updates.
- Set up new projects and maintain project information to support accurate project accounting.
- Ensure the PIM database is accurate, resolving legacy data issues and monitoring data quality.
- Upload and organise documents in the Document Management System (DMS).
- Deliver user training and onboarding sessions as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with users and Deltek Support.
- Extract and log key information from documents, including commercial and project metadata.
- Conduct research to source relevant industry and market information.
- Perform data collection, cleansing, and structured data entry across PIM and Excel datasets.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks.
Skills Required
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience working with business systems or administrative platforms.
- Comfortable working with high volumes of structured information.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Strong numeracy and high accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills for supporting and training users.
- Ability to identify and resolve user issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Desirable skills
- Experience with Deltek PIM, Deltek Project Accounting, or similar systems.
- Experience within architecture, engineering, or construction.
