The predicted salary is between 24500 - 35500 ÂŁ per year.
£30,500 per year (with pay increases linked to length of service). 10am - 10.30am, sleep-in shift – not waking nights. Two staff will sleep in per shift. There may be occasions when shifts finish later due to team meetings (around twice a month) or to accommodate hours.
About the role: We’re opening a brand-new 3-bedded children’s home for young people aged 8-17, following the success of our first home in Wellingborough which recently received a “Good” rating in all areas from Ofsted. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Senior Support Practitioner in the founding team of a brand new home that puts genuine care, teamwork and creativity at the heart of everything. You’ll work alongside a supportive and hands-on management team who are passionate about providing high-quality care and building a positive, fun environment for the children and staff. The management team are absolutely brilliant; grounded, present and extremely experienced with masses of knowledge within children’s services.
What you’ll be doing: As a Senior Support Practitioner, you’ll play a key part in both supporting young people and leading by example for the wider team. You’ll:
- Lead shifts and oversee the daily running of the home when required.
