📍 Basingstoke, Hampshire

💰 £28,000 – £34,000 + sleep-ins (£50 per night)

🕒 7am - 10pm and 9:30pm - 7:30am

🚨 Not your standard children’s home. An ambitious, values-led provider is building therapeutic, love-led homes and already achieving strong Ofsted outcomes. They have 2 homes in Basingstoke and are looking for 2 high-calibre Team Leaders to assist the Deputy Managers. Whether you are looking to take a step up from a strong Senior role, currently are a Team Leader or a Deputy Manager that would like to take a step down for some time, I would love to speak with you.

🏡 The homes:

  • 3-bed homes with stable teams
  • Children aged 5–18 (SEMH, trauma, complex needs)
  • Strong focus on maintaining family relationships

✅ What you need:

  • 🎓 NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); willingness to work towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
  • 📊 Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care setting, including at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
  • 🧠 Strong SEMH + trauma understanding.
  • 🚗 Driving licence
